Hip Mobility Small Group
Our small group hip mobility is designed for all levels, ensuring everyone feels welcome and challenges. Each class is capped at 5 participants with to give you individualized support.

Hip mobility session runs Wednesdays from July 10th - August 7th (*No class July 17th*) from 5:30-6:30pm at Ivy Yoga House in Stonebridge.

Chaturanga Workshop

Join us for a 2 hour workshop designed to enhance your yoga practice, especially if you're new to yoga or aiming to strengthen your skills. We’ll dive into the mechanics of chaturanga, one of yoga's foundational poses, as we explore:

Whether you're looking to refine your technique, learn or improve your upper body mobility, this workshop offers valuable insights and practical drills to support your journey. All levels are welcome, with two instructors, there is plenty of time for 1-on-1 support through the workshop.
